The Selina Blow website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose. We have taken great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual item is absolutely accurate.
Before placing an order please read through these Terms and Conditions. Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited the amount of the available items. We may modify the T&Cs from time to time. Please read the T&Cs and check back often.
If you do not agree to any change to the T&Cs, then you must immediately stop using the website. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order however, unless we are required to make the change by law. By using this website you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms.
You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible or liable whether in contract or otherwise, under any circumstances, for any interruption of business, access delays or access interruptions, loss or damages of any sort incurred as a result of dealing with or the presence of off-website links on the website; computer viruses, system failure or malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of the website, including during hyperlink to or from third party websites and events beyond our reasonable control.

3. PLACING YOUR ORDER
SELINA BLOW London offers you the chance to buy directly from the Collection via our online shop.
Purchasing from the Site can be done by interacting with the picture gallery of products by clicking on them to see more. The full-screen zoom functionality is great for seeing the design of garments, and fabric up close. Having selected the desired size, simply click Add to Basket. Please then look to the top left-hand corner of the screen for Basket icon where you will be able to view and edit your selection and proceed to checkout.
Please note that items placed in your Basket will not be reserved for you until you have confirmed and submitted your order request. This means that someone else online may buy a product you had selected for your rail if they complete the checkout process before you do. Availability of stock is not guaranteed until point of picking of stock.
Before you submit your order, you will be given the opportunity to review an order summary, check the total price of your order and correct any input errors.
Once you have made your choice and have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not a confirmation of your order. In an unlikely event of you receiving a confirmation that we cannot fulfill – we will immediately refund any settled payments, as all of our garments are made in London it may occur that we have sold out of one particular garment but can however make another garment up specifically, if this is the case we will notify you via email and discuss further. 4. ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal Ltd.

5. TRACKING & TRACING YOUR ORDER
Once your order had been dispacted, we will send you an email stating your tracking number and estimated date of delivery.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At SELINA BLOW London we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst hoping that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. We must however stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.
For any returns or queries please contact our online team email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)20 7730 2077. We will send you a returns form that must be printed, filled out and returned back to us with the garment.
- Return or exchange requests are to be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order.
- Goods to be returned within 10 days of notification.
We recommend that you ensure all the items you wish to return are included in one return delivery. Customers outside the UK are liable for any additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes.
Please note that our Returns Policy for Sale Items is the same as above except that returns requests for all items bought in our online sale are to be initiated within 5 days of the date you received your delivery.

Free shipping on all orders over £800.
For orders under £800 we offer a delivery service worldwide at the rates below. Please note some destinations may incur additional charges and we will notify you if this is the case and request the additional payment prior to dispatch.
